2008 A YEAR IN REVIEW

Hi everyone!

Remember me, Sandra, the woman who moved to Singapore 18 months ago, started a great blog and then stopped updating it about oh, lets see... 6 months ago??? Well, I am back and hopefully with a new and improved website (quick wit stays the same). But in my defense its been a busy year and I would like to share with you some of the facts:

2008
100,000 air miles flown
220 hotel nights
75 in-flight movies (they should serve popcorn)
60 hours queuing in airport lines
38 books read
8 countries (Isreal, US, Costa Rica, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Phillipines, Egypt)
2 suitcases
1 mobile phone
overall experience...PRICELESS!!!!

Its been a great year with lots of adventures but was glad for the holidays and being able to just kick back and relax, with a good friend from the U.S. enjoy the beaches of Thailand, Christmas day riding an elephant thru the jungle and dining on the beach with my toes in the sand...not a bad way to end the year and I would like to say a special thanks to Star Alliance and Marriott hotels for funding my holidays!!!

I have lots more details to share but want to test this site first before I start the Egypt Blog!
